You can delete your membership at any time from the account settings page. This action cannot be undone.

Which payment methods are valid?

You can pay by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer/EFT. All payments are protected with 3D Secure.

How can I get my invoice?

After your payment is completed, your invoice will be automatically sent to your email address. You can also access your invoices from your account panel.

What is your refund policy?

If the consultant cancels or does not attend, you receive a full refund. For your own cancellations the refund depends on timing: 100% up to 24 hours before the session, 50% between 24 and 4 hours before, and no refund in the last 4 hours. No refund is given if you miss the session; if you believe you were marked absent by mistake, you can dispute it from the session page within 48 hours. Refunds are sent to the card used for payment and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Do I need to download an app for video calls?

No, you can have a consultation through your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.) without downloading any app.

What happens if I have a connection problem?

If a technical problem occurs during the consultation, your time is paused and you can continue from where you left off when the problem is resolved, or a make-up consultation is arranged.

My camera or microphone is not working?

Before the consultation, our system automatically checks your hardware. We recommend checking your browser permissions.

Yes, you can cancel from your panel until the session starts. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session are refunded in full, between 24 and 4 hours before the session 50% is refunded, and cancellations in the last 4 hours are not refunded. If you cancel within 15 minutes after paying, you get a full refund regardless of the session time. Appointments cannot be rescheduled; to pick another time, cancel and book again.
